Facility managers relied on reactive complaints ('it's too hot') or scheduled maintenance, often fixing things that weren't broken or missing things that were.

Built a Digital Twin on Azure Digital Twins. It maps the physical assets (pumps, ducts) to a virtual 3D model. Live streams from sensors overlay on the model.
