The US faces a housing shortage of millions of units. Traditional stick-framing is slow, labor-intensive (with a shortage of skilled framers), and wasteful (lumber cuts). Material prices are volatile. Building affordable, resilient housing at speed was structurally impossible with existing methods.

Deployed the Vulcan printer, a massive gantry robot. It prints the inner and outer walls of a home using a proprietary concrete mixture.
