Traditional university semesters force students to sit through 16 weeks of class even if they already know the material (e.g., an accountant taking a basic finance class). This inefficiency wastes time and money for working adults. Conversely, struggling students are failed after 16 weeks rather than given more time.

Built a university entirely on Competency-Based Education (CBE). There are no lectures or class times. Students log into a portal and work through assessments. As soon as they can prove they know the material (pass the assessment), they earn the credit and move to the next course. Tuition is charged by 6-month term (all-you-can-learn), not by credit.
